At Vallecitos, the health and safety of our community is our top priority. In order to minimize exposure and slow the spread of COVID-19, the District's lobby is closed to the public. Customers may still interact with Vallecitos staff via phone at (760) 744-0460 or by email.

Phone scam alert!

Please be aware that your water is not contaminated and Vallecitos does not hire a third party to test the water. In addition, we will never ask to enter your home and only test the water at the street. If someone comes to your home claiming to be from the Vallecitos Water District, ask for identification. All Vallecitos employees carry a photo ID issued by the District. Do not let the person in your home and call the San Diego Sheriff’s Department at (760) 736-2140. Provide a physical description of the person and if possible their vehicle license plate number. If threatened call 911.
