At Vallecitos, the health and safety of our community is our top priority. In order to minimize exposure and slow the spread of COVID-19, the District's lobby is closed to the public. Customers may still interact with Vallecitos staff via phone at (760) 744-0460 or by email.

  • Water bills can be paid in a variety of ways that do not involve visiting District offices, such as online billing or using our drop-box outside.

  • A water main break occurred on 6/4/20 in the 800 block of Legacy Drive. Crews are on site making repairs, which are expected to be repaired by 5:00 P.M. today.

Vallecitos’ proactive approach keeps water flowing during Cocos and Poinsettia fires

With the most recent fires behind us, accolades can be given to the brave firefighters and first responders that worked so hard to preserve the beautiful community we call home. Before they were working the frontlines to protect our community from devastating fire, Vallecitos Water District worked the backlines to ensure water availability long before the spark of the fire’s first ember took shape.
