TRISH HANNAN

Trish, who previously served on the District Board from February 1997 to 1998, is serving as the delegate to the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) and the Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority (ACWA/JPIA). Trish currently serves on the SDCWA Engineering and Operations Committee, Water Planning Committee, and the Comprehensive Reliability and Cost Assessment Ad Hoc Committee. Trish has also served as delegate to the Encina Wastewater Authority as well as President of the San Diego County Water Agencies Association, alternate to the National Water Resources Association, Special District Advisory member of the Local Agency Formation Commission, and served three terms on the Planning Commission. She is the past President of the local Boys & Girls and Soroptomist clubs and has been active in the San Marcos community for more than 25 years.

Trish is a retired business owner.
