Board of Directors

Vallecitos Water District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, which meets every first and third Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. The Board Room is located in the Vallecitos Water District Administration Building, 201 Vallecitos de Oro, in San Marcos. The public is welcome to attend.

The five members of the Board of Directors are elected to four-year terms.  The positions of president and vice president are rotated annually. Directors are also appointed to serve on working committees within the District (Engineering/Equipment, Finance/Investment, Legal/Legislative, Public Awareness/Personnel), as well as regional, state and national associations and organizations.
