Starting Water and/or Sewer Services
To start water and/or sewer services with Vallecitos Water District, you need to call one business day prior to the day you want service to begin. Vallecitos will be able to connect your service within 24 hours. You will need to provide the following information to our Customer Service Representatives to begin your service: Name, service address, mailing address, phone number and social security number or driver's license number. If renting, you will need to provide the owner's name, address and telephone number.Another option to start water and/or sewer service is to complete a customer reference form. The form must be filled out completely and received 24 hours prior to the desired start date.
Will you be renting your residential property? If so, you can also sign up for our automatic rollover option to avoid disruption of service between tenants. It’s simple, just complete both pages of the 2 of the customer reference form. The form must be filled out completely and received 24 hours prior to the desired start date.

Stopping Water and/or Sewer Services
To stop your services with Vallecitos Water District, call us one business day prior to the day you would like to end service. You will need to provide our Customer Service Representatives with a forwarding address for your final bill, as well as verification of your account with either your social security number or driver's license number. If you have your payment automatically deducted, when service is stopped your final bill will be automatically deducted and the Auto pay will then be cancelled.
