Online Billing

PaymentOptionsE-Billing is now available! Vallecitos Water District is pleased to offer online payment and account information services for their customers. Enroll now to:
  • View your bills online (Water bill history will begin after first electronic billing)
  • Go paperless and have your bills emailed to you

  • Setup automatic payments from your checking or savings

To enroll you will need your account number from your most recent bill and your service address. Enroll Now! Already a member? Log In to E-Billing.

Your monthly bill reflects the amount of water already used. (Water bill information.) Meters are approximately read every 27 to 33 days. Applicable fixed charges are also included and payment is required within 21 days from the date of the invoice. Mail your payment to us in the envelope provided or come to the Vallecitos Administrative, Operations and Maintenance Facility, 201 Vallecitos de Oro, during regular business hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

A Payment Drop Box is located outside near the front gate entrance of Vallecitos. It can be accessed 24 hours a day. Remember to place your payment with stub in an envelope clearly labeled with your name and account number (no cash, please). All deposits after noon, or on weekends or holidays, will be credited to the next regular business day.

Customer Service ACH Form

Have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account by signing up for the Automatic Payment Program (PDF format). This free service makes it easier to pay your water and sewer bills, eliminates the possibility of late payments and concerns when you take a vacation. Allow 4 - 6 weeks for this option to take effect. Your statement will clearly state when the payment will be deducted.

Note: At this time, Vallecitos Water District, only recognizes Official Payments Corp. for Credit Card and E-Checks

Make a payment quickly over the phone. Official Payments Corp., accepts all credit cards. Official Payments Corp. will assess a $5.50 fee for each $300 increment. Call 1-877-309-4926 and follow the directions of the automated system. You will be asked to enter your account number and the first four letters of the first name as it appears on your bill. Credit card payments may also be processed at the secure Official Payments Corp. web site. OR:

Payments up to $1,000 can be made from your checking account (excludes debit cards) in conjunction with Official Payments Corp. Official Payments Corp will assess a $3.00 fee for this service. E-Check payments can be made at the secure Official Payments Corp. web site.
