Pay My Bill

Vallecitos customers may pay their bill in a variety of ways:


Electronic Billing and Payments

Enroll in Electronic Billing and Payments to receive your bill and make one-time payments or set up autopay from a credit/debit card or bank account electronically. Customers using electronic billing will have the option to no longer receive a paper bill and instead receive an email advising them that their bills are available to be viewed and paid online. If you enroll for this service, you are not required to pay online and may use one of the other payment options listed below. 

If you wish to set up autopay from a credit/debit card or bank account, you will need to follow these steps.

1) Make a payment on the website with the account you want to use for autopay.

2) Verify the payment clears and your screen says $0.00 balance. (Payment may take a few days to clear).

3) Register for autopay. (Registration must be selected prior to the date your next bill is generated).

Other Payment Options


Option 1: Credit Card Payments

  Online payments
At this time, Vallecitos accepts payments by Credit Card and E-Checks online. A 3% fee for this service will be assessed and a minimum credit card payment amount of $25.00 is required. Pay online. 
      Phone payments
Customers can make a one-time payment with a credit card by calling Official Payments Corp. at (877) 309-4926 and following the directions on the automated system.  The fee for this service is $6.95 per $300 transaction. 
 


Option 2: Mail or Drop Off Payment

  Mail Payment
Mail your payment with a check or money order and the remittance stub from the original invoice in the envelope provided or come to the Customer Service counter at the Vallecitos Administrative offices at 201 Vallecitos de Oro San Marcos during regular business hours from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday.  
      Drop Box
A drop box is also conveniently located outside, near the front gate entrance of Vallecitos, and can be accessed 24 hours a day. Place your payment with the stub in an envelope clearly labeled with your name and account number (no cash, please). All deposits after noon, or on weekends or holidays, will be credited to the next regular business day.
 


Option 3: Customer Service ACH Form 

For customers who would like to participate in the automatic payment program, but don't want to use the electronic billing service, you can have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account by returning the Automatic Payment Program (PDF form) along with a voided check to Vallecitos. This free service makes it easier to pay your water and sewer bills and eliminates the possibility of late payments. Allow up to 4 weeks for this option to take effect. Your statement will clearly state when the payment will be deducted.

If you have changes to make on the bank account, please use this same form and submit to Vallecitos Water District. Allow up to 4 weeks for this change to take effect.

 

Option 4: Pay Near Me...now available!

Vallecitos customers can now use the PayNearMe service to pay their utility bill. Cash payments can be made at any 7/11 or CVS store nationwide, as well as some other retailers. This service requires a $1.99 processing fee. For more information on PayNearMe locations, click here

Water Bill Information

Your monthly bill reflects the amount of water already used. Meters are read approximately every 27 to 33 days. Applicable fixed charges are also included and payment is required within 21 days from the date of the invoice.
