The Board Packet for the October 15, 2025 Board Meeting has been revised - the final draft of the Public Hearing Board Report and the accompanying Draft Ordinance have been updated following a review by General Counsel. The revisions are minor, technical, and non-substantive in nature. They do not alter the intent, policy recommendations, or financial impact discussed in the previous version of the report.
